I instantly felt the excitement when I walked into the place, hoping for a relaxing experience getting my nails done. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm faded quickly. The staff seemed overwhelmed and, to be honest, a bit rude, which really put a damper on the vibe. I was looking forward to a simple mani-pedi, but the service felt inconsistent. One minute the technician was attentive, and the next, I felt completely ignored. Plus, my nails didn't even turn out as nice as I'd hoped. It would be great if they could work on improving their service consistency and maybe, just maybe, their staff's attitudes. I left feeling more frustrated than refreshed, which is not what you want after a nail appointment.
