I walked in hoping to just get some paperwork sorted out for my allergies, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The service in Brooklyn was not what I expected; it felt like the staff was a bit rude and not very helpful. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but I was just trying to get the info I needed. Would love to see them improve their customer service a bit. It would really make a difference! 😊

I didn’t have the best experience during my recent medical consultation. While the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the doctor’s attitude was quite off-putting. I was there for a health assessment for my child, hoping for some thorough checking and valuable insights. Unfortunately, it felt rushed, and I even noticed the doctor didn’t wash their hands before examining my child, which made me feel uneasy. It would have been nice to receive a bit more attention and care during the visit. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, and I believe paying more attention to patient interactions could really improve the experience.

While I waited for my appointment at Gershkovich Medical, I couldn't help but notice that the waiting area could use a bit more comfort. The staff were friendly, which was a plus, but I felt there was something a bit unprofessional about how the appointment scheduling was handled. It was nice to get in quickly, especially for my allergy testing, but I did leave feeling somewhat disappointed. The facilities, especially the bathroom and patient rooms, could definitely use some updates. Overall, it’s a place with potential, but some improvements would really enhance the overall experience.
