Laura's massage techniques are nothing short of magic—especially her deep tissue work that worked wonders on my stress. I love how she tailors each session to address what I need most, and the healing oils, like that anti-inflammatory Mahanarayan Oil, add such a nice touch. Plus, the warm and inviting atmosphere makes it feel like a mini-vacation away from the grind. If you’re in Portland and need some serious relaxation, I can't recommend F&TM enough!
