After hearing great things from friends about the bodywork services in Forest Hills, I decided to give them a try for some stress relief. I opted for a combination of cupping and a one-hour massage, hoping for a rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, the reality was much different. The communication regarding pricing was unclear from the start, leaving me feeling frustrated and a bit misled. The staff didn’t seem very professional either; they were late to start and unresponsive to my questions. While the place has potential, I really do think they could do better when it comes to clear pricing and enhancing their service delivery. Unfortunately, I decided not to proceed with the service, and it's a shame because I was looking forward to a relaxing day out!

Perhaps the therapists could enhance their techniques and pay more attention to the soothing ambiance. Overall, it was a serviceable outing for the price, but I wouldn't rush back unless those aspects improve.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked a massage at Foot & Body Relax, but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. 😞 While the space itself was calm and inviting, the customer service left something to be desired. I felt rushed and a bit dismissed, which is not what you want when you're trying to unwind and relieve some stress. The massage itself from my therapist was okay, but the experience as a whole was overshadowed by my interactions with the staff. I think they could really benefit from better training in customer care. I didn't leave feeling more relaxed, as I'd hoped. Here’s to hoping they can improve on this in the future! ❤️
