After my visit, I felt quite disappointed with the service. I went in for an acrylic nail removal, expecting a smooth process, but it turned into quite the ordeal. The staff, particularly Kim, seemed preoccupied rather than attentive. I left with lingering bits of acrylic still stuck on my nails, which was frustrating. It would have been helpful to have better communication about pricing and what I could expect from the service. I occasionally get my nails done, and I was truly looking forward to this appointment, but sadly, it wasn't the experience I hoped for. I do appreciate their offerings, but I think they could really improve on the service aspect to enhance the overall customer experience.

I’ve always loved pampering myself at Focus Nails and Spa, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, hoping to give my nails some much-needed love. However, I was met with an unsatisfactory experience due to what seemed like a lack of cleanliness. I noticed some of the instruments didn’t look freshly sanitized, and I left feeling anxious about a nail fungus I dealt with in the past. The staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. I really hope they can improve their sanitation processes, as this place has so much potential!
