While I waited for my session, I jumped on a few machines and was excited about the potential of this place. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made me feel welcomed right away. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The equipment was in short supply, and during peak hours, it was just too crowded to get a good workout in. For someone like me trying to improve fitness, it really hindered my experience. I think if they could improve the availability of machines and create a less congested environment, it would be a much better place to hit those fitness goals.

I must say, my recent dip in the pool was simply delightful! I decided to spend an afternoon there, looking for a little relaxation, and wow, did I find it. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, particularly Nicole, who was exceptionally warm and made some great suggestions about the amenities. The pool itself was refreshing and perfect for a leisurely swim. I even took a moment to relax on a lounge chair post-swim, soaking up the tranquil vibes around me. It was just what I needed to recharge! I can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a relaxing day away!
