It wasn't long ago that I decided to try out the eyebrow threading service in South Los Angeles, hoping to come away with perfectly groomed brows. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling pretty frustrated. The shaping of my eyebrows didn’t turn out as I expected; one is noticeably thicker than the other, which just isn’t the look I was going for. The technician, Suju, seemed rushed and didn’t really pay attention to my requests. I also noticed that the area wasn’t particularly clean—something I always look for in a beauty salon. I think consistency in service could really elevate the experience here. I truly want to love my brows, but I feel disappointed this time around.

However, the whole experience left me feeling a bit stressed and confused. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which I totally get, but it affected the service. If they could work on sharpening their skills and maybe pick up some tricks for a smoother service, it could be a great spot for a quick groom. I might swing by again in hopes of a better experience, but for now, I’m on the fence.

The moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a warm smile from Suju, who instantly made me feel comfortable. I decided to go for eyebrow shaping, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Suju was incredibly precise and took her time, making sure that every hair was in place. The threading technique left my brows looking clean and beautifully defined without any redness or irritation, which I really appreciated. I love that this method feels more gentle on my sensitive skin compared to other options I've tried in the past. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return for more services!
