I never expected my visit to this eye care center in Chula Vista to be so frustrating. I occasionally ride my bike and thought it would be nice to park it close, but I was taken aback when I found out there was no designated bike parking inside the lobby. It seemed like an oversight, especially since so many people are trying to help the environment by opting for two wheels instead of four. On top of that, the staff interaction felt a bit cold; it would have been nice to receive a warm welcome instead of the unfriendly vibe I got. I really hope they consider allowing bike parking in the lobby in the future.

While I was looking forward to my eye exam, I have to admit that my experience left a lot to be desired. The doctor was sweet and made me feel at ease, but the front desk staff definitely missed the mark. I was hoping to get some advice on trying out contact lenses and also explore different glasses options, but I felt ignored and rushed during my visit. Communication was lacking, and the staff seemed a bit rude when I asked questions. It’s important to feel welcomed and supported, especially when you're there to take care of something as crucial as your vision. I think improving the front desk service could really enhance the overall experience for future patients.

It’s hard to find the right words to describe my experience at Eye Physicians Medical/Surgical Center. I had heard great things about their eye care services, so I was excited to visit. Unfortunately, my experience was dampened by the reception staff. When I arrived, I was hoping for a warm and friendly welcome, but instead, I was met with an unfriendly attitude that left me feeling a bit disheartened. I know everyone has off days, but a little professionalism goes a long way, especially in a health setting. The eye exams and diagnostic tools were top-notch, and I genuinely appreciated the technology they used, but the unwelcoming vibe from the staff really took away from the experience. I hope they can work on their customer service, as the quality of care from the doctors is clearly there.
