I never expected to find such a caring and dedicated team here on the South Side of Chicago. Dr. Chico truly listens and addresses all my concerns every time I visit. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is—they always make me feel comfortable and informed. The only thing I wish for is a more efficient appointment scheduling process, as it can be a bit challenging at times. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the care I receive and feel confident about my ongoing medical support.

When I found out I was pregnant, I was eager to get started with prenatal care. I visited a local clinic where Dr. Uzonyi was my primary doctor. Initially, I was excited because she came highly recommended. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit frustrating. I appreciated her caring approach during appointments; she seemed genuinely invested in my well-being. However, I encountered several issues with appointment cancellations, which felt careless. It disrupted my routine and added unnecessary stress. It would have been nice if the clinic could improve their cancellation policies and perhaps evaluate how they assign locations for appointments to make it more convenient for expectant mothers like me. Overall, I got the care I needed, but the constant schedule changes put a damper on the experience.
