I didn’t expect the membership process to be so complicated! Everything started off okay, but when it came time to close out my contract, I felt a bit lost and frustrated. The staff wasn’t as friendly as I hoped, and navigating the paperwork felt like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded 😅. I'd love to see an improvement in how the process is handled. It's such a great gym with awesome classes and kid's activities, but the contract closure should be smoother. Overall, I do appreciate the range of fitness options available!

I couldn't believe how much I was looking forward to a nice, warm shower after my workout, only to be met with chilly water. The women's locker room is a great space, but I found myself feeling disappointed by the overall cleanliness and persistent smell. It’s such a pity because I really enjoy everything else about my visits. A few improvements, like addressing the odors and ensuring the water is at a comfortable temperature, would definitely enhance the post-workout experience for me and others. I hope this feedback helps make the space even better!

I’ve been going to EōS Fitness in Chinatown for a few months now, hoping to improve my fitness. I love the variety of machines and equipment they have available—it’s one of the best selections I’ve seen in any gym around Los Angeles. However, I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. There were a couple of times I noticed the paper towel dispensers were empty, and it felt like the gym could use a more consistent cleaning schedule. I barely saw any staff around to address this, which left me feeling a little on edge while working out. I think that a little more attention to hygiene would go a long way in making members feel more comfortable. Overall, if they can enhance the cleanliness, it could really elevate the experience for gym-goers like me.
