I had high hopes for my prenatal care experience, but I walked away feeling somewhat disappointed. While Dr. Pierce and Dr. Adimorah were knowledgeable, the overall communication from the staff left much to be desired. I felt they were a bit rude at times, which is not what you want during such an important phase of your life. Additionally, I encountered a lot of confusion regarding my insurance and appointment wait times, which added to my stress. It seemed like a simple issue but could really use improvement. I ultimately decided to transition my care to another provider, hoping for a smoother experience. I believe that with better communication and a focus on patient support, this center could significantly enhance the experience for expectant mothers.

Without question, my experience here was wonderfully positive! I recently went in for an IUD removal, which I was a bit apprehensive about. But Dr. Haley Edmiston made it so easy! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the discomfort was mild at most—it was over before I knew it! I genuinely appreciated how they took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I left feeling empowered and relieved, knowing I was in good hands. If you're thinking about seeing someone for women's health, I can't recommend this place enough!

What surprised me most during my visits was how incredibly supportive the team was throughout my entire pregnancy journey. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt instantly welcomed by everyone, especially Dr. Pierce and Hailey. They took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear guidance, and really made me feel like I was their top priority. Thanks to their expertise and warmth, I was able to deliver a beautiful baby boy, which was my ultimate goal. If you're expecting or even thinking about starting a family, this is the place to go!
