While the massage itself was good and provided the stress relief I was hoping for, I found the therapist, Andy, to be more professional than friendly. A little warmth and communication during the session would have made a significant difference. It felt a bit clinical rather than relaxing. The atmosphere was nice, but I'd really love to see more attentiveness from the staff on that front.
