What sets this place apart is the unique services they offer in Old East Dallas, especially for brain health and wellness. However, I was disappointed during my appointment. The staff could definitely use a little more warmth and customer service training, as it felt a bit cold and unwelcoming. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor that made the environment less comfortable. I really wanted to love my experience here, but I believe there are some areas that need improvement.

I didn’t expect to feel a bit overwhelmed with reminders after setting up my appointment. The staff was super friendly, which I appreciated immensely! However, I found the constant phone call and text reminders to be a little too much. I mean, I get it, you want to make sure I’m all set, but there’s only so many texts I can respond to. I think if they reduced those notifications a bit, it would really enhance the experience. Overall, I got the care I needed in Old East Dallas, but I could do without the extra buzz!
