From start to finish, my experience with DPL Global was a mixed bag. I was in need of some health checks and hoped to schedule an appointment smoothly. Unfortunately, the call center felt unresponsive, which left me a bit frustrated. I had to seek out another doctor because getting through to someone felt like a marathon! I appreciate the services they provide, especially for family care and diabetes education, but I really think improving the responsiveness could make a huge difference. I want to come back because the staff seems knowledgeable, but I need to be able to schedule those appointments without hassle.
