I have to say, my experience with the TB test was frustrating. While the staff seemed competent, the costs were a real letdown. Having to pay separate fees for testing and then the reading visit felt excessive, especially when you're just trying to meet a work requirement. It would be great if they could streamline this process and eliminate those additional charges.

After my visit, I never expected to walk away feeling this disappointed. I went in for a simple appointment, really just looking to take care of some routine health needs on the Northwest Side of Helotes. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t make the experience any better. The communication was not only unhelpful but also rude; I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in health services. I hope they can work on their manners in the future!
