From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt a wave of disappointment wash over me. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive. I hoped to receive some guidance on my health concerns, but the interactions felt unprofessional and lacking the understanding I desperately needed. I just wanted to feel heard and supported on my health journey. Improvements in communication and knowledgeable caregivers would go a long way in making visits like these a lot more positive.

After trying out the rapid COVID test at CVS/Pharmacy, I honestly felt quite frustrated. I had a trip coming up and was in urgent need of a negative test result. However, when I arrived, the staff seemed uninformed about the testing process and weren’t very helpful in guiding me through. I had hoped for a smoother experience since this was a travel requirement, but the communication was lacking, and I couldn't get my test in time. It would really help if they improved their scheduling and rescheduling options. I might consider going back in the future, but I’d hope for better support next time.
