The moment I walked into the place in Queens Village for my post-operative massage treatment, I was hopeful about the service. Unfortunately, my experience turned into a bit of a hassle. There seemed to be a mix-up with appointments, and I was double booked. While I understand mistakes happen, the way the staff handled it was rather disappointing; there was little effort to communicate or even apologize for the confusion. I felt a bit rushed and not really valued as a client. My therapist, Daisy, did have potential, but the overall atmosphere left me feeling frustrated. Better communication and a little more courtesy would go a long way here. I had high expectations, but sadly, they weren’t met this time.

After visiting for a lymphatic massage, I couldn’t believe how different I felt! I was looking for something to help me tone up, especially my abs and legs, and Daisy really delivered.
