During my time in Bali, I decided to join a yoga class and indulge in some breakfast after. First off, the breakfast was fantastic—fresh, healthy options that really hit the spot! I was a bit disappointed with the yoga class, though. The instructor was friendly, but it felt like the session could have used a bit more structure to enhance the overall experience. Also, I had an issue with my suitcase, which was damaged during my travels. While the staff was quick to assist, I think they might benefit from a little re-training to improve service recovery in such situations. I’d love to see them refine the yoga program and offer some support for the instructors to really elevate the experience. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

However, my experience was marred by the staff's unfriendly attitude, which felt surprising for such a high-end place. The food took ages to arrive and it was a challenge to get clear information about the services available. I really think they could improve by training their staff to be more welcoming and speeding up the food service. I had high hopes, and while there were good elements, the overall atmosphere was disappointing. 😕
