To my surprise, my experience with COMHAR in North Philadelphia for my child's therapy was a mixed bag. While I genuinely feel satisfied with the therapist's approach and how well they connected with my child, I was left feeling quite frustrated with some aspects of the service. The staff interactions were a bit unprofessional, which is disappointing, especially when you're looking for comfort and support in such sensitive situations. I think improving staff training for better people skills and professionalism could really elevate the experience. Overall, while the therapeutic side has been solid, there's definitely room for growth in client relations to make everything feel more secure and welcoming. 😊

It wasn't long before I felt really let down by my experience. While I had high hopes for the support services in North Philadelphia, my interaction with the receptionist left a sour impression. She came off as rude and dismissive, which made me feel unvalued as a potential client seeking help. I believe that addressing the front desk's attitude could significantly improve the overall experience for those seeking help.
