Every time I’ve needed to deal with billing at the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry, I’ve ended up feeling more frustrated than satisfied. The staff seems to struggle with understanding the billing process, leading to repeated issues and delayed reimbursements. It’s a shame because the care they provide is solid, but if they could just improve the knowledge and efficiency of their billing team, it would really enhance the overall experience. I hope they take some steps to address these problems soon!

I must say, my experience scheduling an appointment left me feeling quite frustrated. Initially, I was drawn to the range of services offered, especially around mental health support, but the process to get my foot in the door just fell short. When I called to book my appointment, I felt the staff was not as professional as I had hoped, which raised some concerns about privacy and HIPAA compliance. It's a shame because I was genuinely looking forward to starting therapy there. I think they could greatly benefit from improving HIPAA training among their employees and ensuring that concerns like mine are addressed with a bit more professionalism. I want to give them another chance, but I hope they really take this feedback to heart because quality mental health services are so important.

Lucille and Claudia were nothing short of incredible—so warm and understanding, as if they genuinely cared about my struggles. Over the years, my mental health journey has had its ups and downs, but the continuous care I've received here has been a game-changer. The therapy sessions have not only helped me navigate my feelings but have also taught me valuable mindfulness techniques that I carry into my everyday life. It's such a relief to have a safe space where I can express myself freely, knowing I'm surrounded by people who understand. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of mental health support—it's truly a beacon of hope!
