It's frustrating to lose money and opportunities like that without clear communication beforehand. I tried to reach out for help, but the staff was quite unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. I really want to maintain my membership because I enjoy the services, but I think they need to improve how they inform members about credit expiration and be more supportive when issues arise. It feels like there’s an important piece missing in their customer service approach.
