I recently visited CareNow Urgent Care seeking relief from my persistent back pain. I was hopeful they could provide some immediate care and help decrease my discomfort. However, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The staff interaction was less than pleasant; they seemed rushed and somewhat dismissive of my personal health concerns. After the evaluation, it felt more like they were going through the motions rather than genuinely addressing my pain. I really think that considering a patient's personal experiences and providing tailored care could go a long way in making the process more effective. Although I did appreciate the quick access to services, the care didn't meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I left without any relief. Hopefully, they can improve on that in the future.
