However, I found the communication with the front desk to be less than ideal. There was some miscommunication about my appointment, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. It would be great if they could streamline that process a little. Overall, the care was satisfactory, and I’d come back for the actual eye care services, but I hope the front desk staff can improve their communication skills in the future.
