After my visit, I’ll never forget the feeling of disappointment that lingered with me long after I left. As someone who occasionally indulges in nail services, I had high hopes for my experience in Memorial City. Unfortunately, the quality of the nails I received was subpar at best. The technician seemed rushed and less attentive than I would have liked, leaving me with uneven polish and a general sense of neglect. When I mentioned my concerns, the response was surprisingly indifferent. It felt as if they weren't particularly invested in ensuring customer satisfaction. I really think they could benefit from better staff training and a more personal touch when it comes to service. Even the ambiance didn't quite match what I needed for a relaxing spa day. It's a shame because the location is great, but I left feeling less than what I’d hoped for in terms of nail aesthetics.

While I was looking for a nice place to treat myself to a pedicure in Memorial City, I stumbled upon a local spot that seemed promising. I decided to book the Epsom Salt Pedicure, hoping for some relaxation. The process started off okay, but unfortunately, things took a turn. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and I ended up feeling some discomfort during the treatment. It was disappointing because the experience was supposed to be soothing, not painful. I left feeling a bit underwhelmed and with some soreness. I might give it another shot someday, but for now, I'm on the hunt for a place that values comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. 😔
