Before I left Woodhouse Spa, I had high hopes for a truly luxurious pedicure experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed right from the start. I was excited to indulge in some pampering. However, I must admit that I ended up feeling a bit disappointed when the service duration felt significantly shorter than what I anticipated. I was hoping for that extended time to really unwind and enjoy the treatment. While the outcome was pleasant, it simply didn't feel like the luxurious escape I had envisioned. I think if they could consider addressing the lost time during pedicure sessions, it would greatly enhance the overall experience. I still appreciate the courteous staff and the calming environment, and I would love to return in hopes of an improved pampering experience.

What impressed me about my recent pedicure experience was the calming atmosphere that enveloped me as soon as I walked in. It felt like a little escape from the world! The staff was friendly and apologetic about the minor issues I encountered, but I left feeling frustrated. My cuticles could have used a better trim, and unfortunately, some polish ended up on my skin. Additionally, it seemed like my appointment took longer than planned. I enjoy coming here occasionally for a bit of relaxation, but I hope they can tighten up the details to make the experience even better.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first visit, but I left feeling like a brand-new person! The sculpting facial was an absolute delight. The moment I stepped in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. They took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment perfectly to address them. I loved the relaxing atmosphere, which instantly helped me forget the stress of the day. After the facial, my skin felt refreshed, and I couldn’t stop admiring my glow in the mirror. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to unwind and give their skin a bit of TLC!
