I had to go in for a lithotripsy procedure recently, and honestly, it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed a bit cold and unapproachable. I really felt like I was more of a number than a person. The procedure itself went okay, but the real stress came afterward with the billing. There was a lot of confusion and a lack of clear communication regarding what my insurance would cover. I left the place feeling frustrated, not only about the health issues I was there for but also about the financial burden it’s caused. It would really help if they improved their customer service when it comes to billing and explanations. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience given the nature of the procedure.
