I’d heard a lot about this place before finally deciding to go in for surgery. While the surgery itself went well, I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. Initially, I felt quite overwhelmed, and communication from the staff was lacking, which made the whole process stressful. It wasn’t until I was visibly upset that I experienced the warmth and kindness from the staff that I had been missing earlier on. I think refining the communication aspect and ensuring that all staff members are on the same page would make a huge difference here. However, I do appreciate the expertise and care that went into my surgery, and ultimately, that’s what matters most. If you're considering surgery, just be prepared to advocate for yourself a bit more than you might expect.
