I couldn’t believe how wonderful my experience was at Banner Health in Glendale! My daughter needed a consultation with Dr. Ghazi Askar, a pediatric gastro physician, and from the moment we stepped in, the staff made us feel so welcome and at ease. It can be nerve-wracking visiting a specialist, especially for kiddos, but Dr. Askar's approach was so compassionate and understanding. He really took the time to listen to our concerns, which made all the difference. Not only did we get the guidance we needed, but I felt heard as a parent. If you're looking for excellent pediatric care, I highly recommend Banner Health for their friendly atmosphere and professional staff!

My first impression was quite frustrating. I went in for a medical consultation, hoping to get some clarity on my health concerns, but I quickly found myself dealing with poor communication about insurance forms. It felt like every question I had was met with unresponsiveness from the staff, which was really disappointing. I appreciate the importance of healthcare, especially here in Glendale, but I believe that improving communication and being more responsive to patients could make a huge difference. I occasionally need medical assistance and would love for it to be a more seamless experience next time.
