I can honestly say my experience at Ascension Medical Group Illinois - Digestive Health in Bartlett was a bit disappointing when I went in for an ultrasound. As a new mother, I was eager to understand the process, especially since this was my first time. While the front desk staff and my doctor were friendly and welcoming, the ultrasound technician’s attitude left much to be desired. I felt like I was just another appointment to her. The communication was lacking, and I didn’t feel reassured or informed about what was happening. I really think they need to improve their interactions with patients during such a crucial time.
