I must say, my recent telehealth consultation was a mixed bag. I was really frustrated when I tried to get help for my persistent headache and throat pain. While the staff was professional, I couldn’t shake off the feeling that it was all a bit impersonal. I was relieved that my insurance covered the consultation, but the process of getting my prescription sent to the right address was a hassle. It would have been great if there were clearer communication on that front. Doctor availability could also use some improvement—you wait a while just to get through, which was disappointing. I appreciated the convenience, but I walked away feeling like there was potential for a more personalized experience.

My experience with the Advocate Clinic at Walgreens was quite frustrating, to be honest. I reached out for a virtual consultation, hoping to get some effective treatment for an ear infection that had been bothering me for a while. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which was nice, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives pretty much ended. I felt like I didn’t receive the care I needed. Instead, I was met with vague advice and no real solutions. It makes me wonder if they are adequately staffed or if they simply lack the resources to handle certain conditions properly. I’ve been to wellness clinics before and usually leave feeling reassured, but this time, I felt lost. It's disheartening because locals need to rely on these services, especially when it comes to urgent health issues. I wish they could improve on their treatment capabilities, so others won’t have to experience the same letdown. All in all, I hope to find better options in the future.
