I’ll never forget my recent experience at this care facility. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by a warmth that immediately put me at ease. The staff truly shine with their compassionate and caring nature. It’s not often you find a place where every interaction—from the nurses to the therapy specialists—is infused with genuine concern for well-being. I really appreciated the variety of services they offered, too, like physical therapy and occupational therapy, that catered to individual needs. And let’s not forget the music therapy sessions—they were nothing short of uplifting! It’s wonderful to see a place that focuses on holistic healing. If you or a loved one are looking for a supportive environment, this facility is definitely worth considering.

I never expected to feel so frustrated with the care provided. My elderly relative was at Advanced Rehab & Healthcare of Live Oak, and while the facility has a nice setup, the communication just wasn't there. It felt like I was constantly fighting to get the attention and proper care that was needed. The staff were often unhelpful, and it made me really worry about my loved one's well-being. I believe that if they worked on improving their communication and care standards, it could make a world of difference. It’s such a shame because there's potential there.

There seems to be a lack of management, and the interaction I had with staff was nothing short of negligent. It's frustrating because I expected better support to ensure safe living conditions, especially considering the services offered. I really hope they can improve their protocols and take their responsibilities seriously; otherwise, I can’t see myself returning. It’s a shame because the programs they offer could really benefit the community if only they were managed better.
