While I was visiting ACCESS Southwest Family Health Center for a medical consultation, I was initially impressed by the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere. They made me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. However, I left feeling somewhat disappointed due to the lack of communication regarding my test results. I expected a follow-up to understand what the next steps would be, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I believe improving communication with patients could make the overall experience much better. I really want to continue coming here, as I know they're capable of great care; I just hope they address the follow-up process.
