When I first joined, I was excited about the various fitness options available, like Zumba and BODYCOMBAT. However, my overall experience left a bit to be desired. The gym often felt overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy my workouts. I had high hopes for the BODYATTACK classes, but they turned out to be a disappointment due to the lack of space and equipment. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to immerse myself in the local fitness scene.

I was really looking forward to getting back into a regular gym routine after a long break. The convenience of having decent facilities and parking nearby was a huge plus for me. However, there were some aspects that left me feeling a bit disappointed. The gym layout seemed a bit off; it felt cramped in some areas, especially when trying to navigate between the strength training equipment and the yoga mats during peak hours. The maintenance of the equipment was also an issue. I found some of the machines to be out of order during my visits, which can be frustrating when youβre trying to stick to a routine. I think it would benefit from a remodel to enhance the flow and maybe even add more space for calisthenics. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic and super supportive! They were always ready to lend a hand or offer guidance, which made my experience more enjoyable. While I appreciate everything the facility offers, I think it has room for improvement to truly elevate the experience. I'd love to see some updates in the future!

What I loved about my visits to the gym in Mount Davidson Manor is the variety of classes they offer, like the high-energy BODYATTACK and the relaxing yoga sessions. However, I was hoping to shoot some hoops after my workouts, but it seems like the basketball court remodeling is taking longer than expected. A little speed on that would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, it's a decent place to work on your fitness, but I'm looking forward to when everything's back to normal!
