I never expected my stay to be quite so underwhelming, especially since I was just looking for a cozy spot for my family while we explored the area. The location was great, but unfortunately, our room didn’t live up to expectations. It felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival—definitely not the first impression I was hoping for. The bedding and towels were quite worn, and a little update wouldn’t hurt! On top of that, when I asked staff about the amenities, they seemed a bit uninformed, which left me feeling a little disappointed. I really think this place has potential, but a deeper clean and some simple updates could go a long way! 😊
