When I first visited ZZ 2 Spa for a facial, I was blown away by how friendly everyone was. The vibe was super relaxing, and I felt instantly welcomed. Nana took great care of my skin, though I think next time I'll ask for a gel or serum with the facial scrubber—they suggested it might enhance the experience even more. I had a manicure and pedicure session, which was intended to be a relaxing treat for myself. Leslie, the nail tech, did a nice job on my nails; I really appreciated her attention to detail. However, I found the front desk interaction to be a bit uncomfortable. The staff there seemed rushed and not very welcoming, which put a damper on my experience. I hope they can work on making their front desk service more friendly to match the quality of the treatments. Overall, I enjoyed the nail work but felt that the atmosphere could be more inviting.
