I’ll never forget my last visit for a manicure, and unfortunately, not in a good way. I had high hopes for a simple, polished look, but what I got was far from it. The staff member who helped me seemed to be still in training—she fumbled with the tools and rushed through the process without any attention to detail. The polish chipped within days, and I couldn't help but feel frustrated that I wasted my time and money there. It felt unprofessional, like they were more focused on volume than quality. Honestly, I think they need to better train their staff before letting them handle services for clients. If you're looking for a nail aesthetic that lasts, I would suggest looking elsewhere for now.

After spending time getting my nails done, I have to admit I was really looking forward to it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff who chatted with me while I picked out my nail color. I thought this was going to be my new go-to spot for nail services! Unfortunately, my nails didn't turn out as expected. They ended up being uneven in length and thickness, which was disappointing since I had high hopes. The filing technique could definitely use some improvement, as I left feeling a little let down. I think with a bit more attention to detail, they could really elevate the experience. I'm open to giving it another shot, but I do hope they can ensure better consistency next time!
