Zeza Hair & Day Spa

After my session at Zeza Hair & Day Spa in Streeterville, I walked out feeling a bit deflated. I went in for a simple bangs touch-up, expecting a little pampering and some good vibes. But the atmosphere felt off from the get-go. The stylist, Al, wasn't the warmest person I've met; his demeanor felt a bit rushed and rude, which, for a place that's supposed to be all about relaxation, was disappointing. I get that everyone has off days, but I hope they can improve on their customer service and communication. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this local gem. I might pop back another time just to see if things have changed, but right now, I'm not rushing back.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we had a few laughs while I was there. I honestly can’t think of a single thing I would change about my experience.
