Initially, I was a bit skeptical about meditation, but Verushka’s session truly blew me away! The entire experience felt incredibly grounding, and her friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. I walked in looking for some stress relief, and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The space was calming, and her guidance through the meditation was both soothing and insightful. If you're searching for a way to unwind and reconnect, I can't recommend this enough!

I can’t express how rejuvenating my experience at Zentuary was! I attended a breathwork class and left feeling lighter and more balanced than I have in ages.
