When I first walked into the little nail oasis nestled in Manhattan, I was greeted by a warm smile from Mary, who instantly made me feel at home. I decided to indulge in their nail spa services, hoping for some much-needed pampering. From the moment she started working on my nails, I could tell I was in skilled hands. The atmosphere was serene, and I loved how personalized everything felt. Mary was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about nail care. By the end of my visit, my nails looked absolutely pristine! It’s hard to find a place in the city that feels this welcoming and relaxing, but this spot has won my heart. Can't wait for my next visit!

If you’re looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend stopping by for a manicure and pedicure. From the moment I walked in, the staff took great care of me, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I opted for a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, and I was genuinely happy with the outcome. My nails look fantastic, and I felt like I was walking on clouds after that pedi! However, I did notice a few shortcuts during the process, which is why I'm not giving it a full five stars. But overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back for my occasional dose of nail care!

Every time I visit Yo Yo Spa, I hope for a better experience, but this time I left feeling a bit disappointed. I went in for nail polish and acrylic removal, looking for that refreshing, clean feeling. Instead, I ended up with irritation in my left eye due to a splash of nail polish. It was frustrating, especially because I felt the staff wasn't as attentive as they could be. A little more care and attention to client safety would go a long way. I really want to love this place for my nail care, but I think they need to step up their game when it comes to ensuring a safe environment.
