I’d heard so many good things about Xinhe Natural, especially when it came to their massage therapy. I was really looking forward to experiencing it for some much-needed therapeutic relief. However, I faced a bit of a scheduling conflict and couldn’t get the service I had hoped for. It was disappointing, especially since the staff didn’t seem very communicative or professional about it. I genuinely think they could improve their scheduling process and communication to make it a better experience. I may try again in the future, but this was not the stellar first impression I was hoping for.
