The atmosphere felt joyful and inviting, and I instantly felt at ease. We rolled out our mats, and soon, the adorable puppies were let loose! I mean, who can resist playful little furballs climbing onto your lap while you’re trying to hold a downward dog? It was such a unique and heartwarming experience. Not only did I get to enjoy a fun workout, but knowing that my ticket purchase was helping local rescue shelters made every stretch and laugh feel even more worthwhile. Sophie, our instructor, was incredibly friendly and engaging, guiding us through poses while making sure the puppies were included in every little moment.
