Without question, I had high hopes for my deep tissue massage at Woodhouse Spa. The place itself is beautifully set up, creating a calming atmosphere right from the start. The massage was decent—definitely helped to ease some of my stress, but I can't say it was life-changing. One thing I noticed was that the staff could have been a bit more welcoming. While they were professional, a warmer interaction would have made the experience much better. Also, I wasn’t too keen on the automatic gratuity; I feel gratuity should reflect the service, not be automatic. All in all, if you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind, Woodhouse offers a nice escape, but there’s room for improvement in the personal touches.

On top of that, the ambiance could have been improved with a quieter atmosphere, and I couldn’t help but notice the dark sheets—they just felt heavy and uninviting. A lighter colored sheet would go a long way in making the spa feel more serene. Overall, I think there's potential, but a few adjustments could really elevate the experience. I'm still hopeful for my next visit! 🌿
