While I waited for my scheduled massage, I was filled with anticipation for some much-needed relaxation. I had taken advantage of a promotional offer for an extended service, which sounded perfect after a long week. However, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. The massage itself had its moments, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the staff could have communicated better about the charges. When I asked for clarification, the response was not only dismissive but also felt quite rude. That’s never a good vibe to have when you're trying to unwind. I often go for massages to escape and feel refreshed, but this visit left me feeling a bit disappointed instead. I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve their customer service because the setting has so much potential!

Upon entering Woodhouse Spa in Charleston, I was greeted by friendly staff which gave me a good first impression! 😊 I was excited for my facial and massage combo since I’ve been searching for a way to destress. However, the overall experience turned sour due to some unexpected billing issues that left me feeling disappointed. While my therapist did a great job with the Swedish massage, and the facial was quite rejuvenating, I felt let down by the front desk staff's lack of knowledge and inability to resolve my concerns effectively. I really hope they can improve the front staff's handling of customers because the therapists and aestheticians were truly wonderful. I would love to give this place another try! ❤️
