I’d highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a supportive environment for kids on the autism spectrum. While I had some constructive experiences working here, I've also faced challenges that left me feeling frustrated. The behavioral therapy sessions were genuinely impactful, and I could see the positive changes in the children's skills and confidence. However, from my perspective, there's definitely room for improvement regarding staff treatment and compensation. It's disappointing when the people doing important work for our youth don't feel valued. A little more appreciation could really boost morale and lead to even better outcomes. I genuinely want to see this program thrive, and with some adjustments, it could become a model for others in the community.

I have to say, I had high hopes for my child's training in the program. We were excited to see her graduate and receive her certificate, which felt like such a milestone. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. While the curriculum seems solid and the idea behind it is fantastic, I felt that the treatment of customers could use some improvement. There were moments when the staff interaction left much to be desired, which overshadowed the positive aspects of what we were there for. I truly believe in the importance of these programs, especially for kids on the autism spectrum, and I hope they can enhance the experience for families in the future.

As soon as we reached out for behavioral therapy for my daughter, I felt a mixture of hope and anxiety. The team was very knowledgeable, especially the BCBA who worked with us. However, I quickly realized that the scheduling was quite inflexible. With our busy family life, arranging appointments could be stressful, especially considering transportation issues. It felt like there was a bit of a push to follow their timetable rather than accommodating our needs. I appreciate the services they offer, like ABA therapy, which I know can really help kids on the autism spectrum thrive. If they could find a way to offer more flexible scheduling options, I think it would make a huge difference for families like mine. Overall, while I saw great potential in their approach, balancing it with our logistics proved challenging.
