I’d heard so many good things about Win88, but my recent visit left me feeling pretty frustrated. While the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, I ran into some major issues when it came to billing. What should have been a straightforward medical consultation turned into a bit of a nightmare as I faced unexpected charges that weren't clearly communicated upfront. I really think they need to take a closer look at their billing procedures because it definitely put a damper on my experience. It’s such a shame because I wanted to leave feeling positive about the services, but the confusion with payments kind of overshadowed everything. I hope they improve this, as I would love to give them another try in the future!

Instead, after what felt like an eternity of waiting, I was met with a cancellation notice that just threw my whole day off. I can't stress enough how frustrating it was not only to deal with the lack of communication but also the unprofessional vibe from the staff. It's like they were more focused on their phones than on their patients! When you expect relief from pain and instead get the runaround, it's really disheartening. I’d suggest that they seriously look into improving their communication and professionalism. I came in hopeful and walked out just feeling more stressed than ever. Not the experience I was looking for at all!
