There’s definitely potential here—I'd suggest improving administrative clarity and perhaps adopting a more thorough initial assessment to better serve patients like me. Overall, while I did get some answers, I think the whole process could be so much better! 😕

I think the practice could benefit from a little more training for their staff on how to connect with patients. It's disheartening, especially when you're trying to prioritize your health.
