When I first visited White Rock Dental in Lakewood Hills, I was really hoping for a positive experience, especially since dental care can be such a daunting thing for many of us. Unfortunately, my visit left me feeling frustrated. Dr. Choi seemed more focused on upselling dental implants rather than exploring ways to save my natural teeth, which I found quite disheartening. I understand that dental work is necessary at times, but it felt like the emphasis was more on making a sale rather than addressing my concerns. The staff interaction didn’t help either; I felt rushed and not fully listened to. I occasionally go to the dentist, and I was looking for a place that prioritizes patient care over profit. I’d love to see them shift that focus at this local Dallas clinic.

I can honestly say my experience at White Rock Dental left me a bit mixed. The staff was super friendly, and you can’t beat that warm welcoming vibe.
