I’ll never forget my experience at Westfield Culver City. I planned a special foot massage as a birthday gift for my parents, and was really excited about it. Unfortunately, they didn’t honor the gift certificate at all, which left us all feeling really frustrated. 😩 The staff was unhelpful, and it felt like my efforts to give a really thoughtful gift went to waste. It would be great if they could improve their customer service and actually honor gift certificates next time!
