I’d heard good things about the dental services here, but my recent visit left me feeling quite frustrated. When I tried to ask a couple of questions at the front desk, the staff seemed a bit dismissive and didn't offer the help I needed. It felt like they were more focused on their own tasks than assisting patients. I really think they could improve by adopting a friendlier attitude and maybe a bit more training in customer service.
