I never expected to find such a warm and understanding environment right here in Greater Greenspoint, Houston. My sessions with Rebecca Grace have truly been transformative. Each time I walked in, I felt more at ease, thanks to her friendly demeanor and genuine concern for my well-being. She has a remarkable ability to help me articulate my thoughts and feelings, which has resulted in a much deeper understanding of my mental state. I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in how I approach everyday challenges; it’s almost like having a new toolkit for life! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first visited for some counseling services. I was hoping to find a supportive environment where I could navigate some personal challenges. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The director seemed rushed and dismissive during our sessions, which left me feeling more lost than when I started. I felt like there could be much more care and management put into the patient experience. It's such a shame because the place has so much potential, but there's a clear need for better support and organization. I would really like to see improvements in how they treat clients.
